Order Processing
All products are made to order. Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase.
Processing times generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving a shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If an order has not yet entered production, we may attempt to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
St Mona Club is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather events
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs processing
- Labor disputes
- Peak season volume
- Carrier operational issues
Claims regarding lost packages, damaged shipments, or delivery issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers may be required to cooperate with carrier investigations before a replacement or refund is considered.
Refused Deliveries
Packages refused by the recipient may not be eligible for a refund.
Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees resulting from a refused shipment may be deducted from any approved refund.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Government fees
- Brokerage fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices.
St Mona Club has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Separate shipments do not indicate a missing item.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates only.
St Mona Club shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
