Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At St Mona Club, all products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes after purchase
  • Accidental orders
  • Gift purchases
  • Delayed delivery caused by carriers
  • Items purchased during promotions, sales, or discounts
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, St Mona Club is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, or carrier errors.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Therefore:

  • No cancellations
  • No modifications
  • No address changes
  • No product changes

once an order has been submitted.

Refunds

Approved claims for defective or incorrect products may be resolved by:

  • Replacement item, or
  • Refund at our sole discretion

Refunds will not be issued for normal product variations, minor color differences, or customer sizing errors.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in the customer being prohibited from future purchases.
